At Shapeelate, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items sent back after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Products must be free of stains, stretch marks, odors, or wrinkles.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Do not bend or damage the packaging when returning the item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us before returning your item.
    Email us at support@shapeelate.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, carefully package the item and ship it to the address below.

  3. Include a tracking number with your return to ensure successful delivery.

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

  • Shapeelate is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

  • We offer either a refund or store credit based on your preference.

  • Exchanges are not available at this time.
